Smartvel completes its acquisition of AVUXI, the global provider of location based content

At Smartvel, we are excited to announce that we have completed the acquisition of AVUXI, the leader in location-based context solutions for businesses in the global travel industry.

AVUXI, based in London, has developed the TopPlace platform, an innovative solution that analyses geolocated Big Data to highlight the best of cities and local areas. This technology allows instant identification of the most popular places to visit, transport links, restaurants and much more. It is used by OTAs and metasearch platforms to improve conversion and deliver a higher quality experience to their customers, helping travellers make quick and well-informed decisions about the best location for their stay.

At Smartvel, we are dedicated to helping businesses in the travel industry solve the challenges faced by travellers by delivering relevant content at the right time. With solutions such as Trip Planner, Explore&Go, Event Calendar, TravelSEO, EntryDocs, and more, we aim to inspire travellers, improve SEO and facilitate integration with third-party providers and platforms.
